A safety app asks you to hand over the most sensitive thing you own, which is where you are. These are the limits we hold ourselves to, written plainly enough that you can hold us to them.

Not a partner, not an advertiser, not a campus, not the person who sent you an invitation. Your circle is a list you wrote, and it is the only list there is.

Track you when nothing is happening
Your people see where you are while an alert or a walk you started is running. When you check in, it stops. There is no quiet background version of that.

Send anything out of your vault for you
What your phone records belongs to you. It goes to a friend, to a lawyer, to a campus office or to nobody at all, and every one of those is your decision to make, whenever you are ready to make it.
